This web site describes the discography of the Italian harpist Chiara Visentini. She successfully graduated at the Conservatoire "Dall'Abaco" in Verona in 1997 and then she embarked on a refined and bold musical research; as harp soloist in her compact discs she focuses her attention on the melody and the tradition; Chiara plays the celtic, medieval, Renaissance and classical repertoire and with curiosity she approaches to the pop-rock. Thanks to her great sensibility and her personal interpretation, her cds have a warm, magical and arcane sound.
Chiara plays a grand concert harp Deneb (47 strings, Liuteria Artigiana) and a big celtic harp Silmaril (36 strings, Frank Sievert harp maker).
